We loved how clean and cosy the hotel was, with a lovely fresh smell. The staff made checking in easy and were very pleasant. The showers were amazing and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located close to the supermarket and not far from the city centre.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is very close to the city center and within walking distance of the old town. You can easily explore the market square and all the attractions nearby. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and good showers. The staff is very helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Finding instructions for the heating and TV system could be a bit confusing for some guests.

I enjoyed the unbeatable location and the staff was pleasant. Cosy room, clean bathroom, comfortable beds. A reasonable base for a short break in Krakow. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from Main Square and other sights in Krakow.

The location was excellent, close to the old town and felt safe. The room was modern and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with tour bookings. The apartment was secure and clean, with great facilities and a quiet environment. We highly recommend this value for money option in Krakow and plan to return.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are in good condition, and I particularly liked the double bed and the bath in my room. The highlight was definitely the large balcony facing a very nice garden, a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location is also excellent, right near the square in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and provided good service, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities were all provided, and the breakfast was delicious.
